Appraiser Machine is a SaaS platform for real estate appraisal companies to manage orders, clients, invoicing, and daily fieldwork. Our Route Optimizer feature generates optimized driving routes for appraisers who have multiple property inspection appointments each day.

When you opt in, you can receive the following types of transactional text messages:

• Route directions: Each text contains a single stop with the property address, estimated drive time, appointment time window (if applicable), and a Google Maps navigation link.
• Order updates: Notifications about appraisal order status changes and appointment reminders.
• Service alerts: Account-related notifications such as payment confirmations and scheduling updates.

No marketing or promotional content is ever sent. All messages are transactional and directly related to your use of the Appraiser Machine platform.

Complete the opt-in form at the top of this page: enter your U.S. mobile number, actively check the consent checkbox, and submit. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp at the moment you submit.

Messages are sent only when you explicitly request them — for example, when an Appraiser Machine customer uses the "Text me directions" feature in the Route Optimizer to receive their daily route stops.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and how often you use features like Route Optimizer. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your appraisal order volume and scheduled inspections.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Appraiser Machine is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from Appraiser Machine. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
