AI photo analysis for report prep
Upload your inspection photos and AI returns a condition and quality read, detected materials, spotted defects, and a plain-English description for each one. It handles iPhone HEIC files automatically and runs in the background so you are never stuck waiting, with one tap to retry if anything stalls.
No more duplicate orders from AMC emails
AMCs and lenders often send four to six emails for a single assignment. Appraiser Machine now recognizes the follow-ups, routes each one to the right order, and stops the duplicate pile-up before it starts. When two orders really do look alike, a badge flags them so you can catch it before you accept.
Drop in any PDF and we do the rest
Upload an engagement letter, contract, or order PDF and Appraiser Machine reads the property, borrower, fee, and report requirements, then files the document in the workfile under the right section. Social Security numbers are masked automatically before anything is processed, and if a file ever fails mid-way your original is saved so you can retry without re-uploading.
QuickBooks sync that just works
Invoices and payments flow to QuickBooks on their own, in the right order, without manual pushes. Moving over from another system? Appraiser Machine recognizes invoices that already exist in QuickBooks under the same numbers and adopts them instead of creating duplicates.
Get paid online by card
Send an invoice with a secure card payment link. When your client pays, the invoice marks itself paid and posts to the order within seconds, with a branded thank-you page for your client. Refunds and disputes reconcile on their own so your books stay clean.
Trello board sync
Run your pipeline in Trello? Orders and Trello cards stay in step both ways, so a status you move in one place shows up in the other.
Public records auto-fill on intake
Start an order and Appraiser Machine fills in the owner of record, parcel number, legal description, lot size, and year built straight from public records, then outlines the actual parcel on a satellite map. It is verifiable public-record data attached to the order, so you can confirm the subject without leaving the page.

Export an order as a MISMO XML file that TOTAL, ACI, ClickFORMS, and other MISMO-compatible form software open natively. Start the report in your own software with the order data already in place instead of re-keying it.
